While we aim to provide a flexible and scalable platform, we expect most usage to fall within the parameters of standard service. Our goal is to keep pricing transparent and limits generous, so you don’t need to worry about paywalls or unexpected charges. If your usage significantly impacts our infrastructure, we’ll contact you to discuss a customized plan.

Examples of Extensive Usage

• Consistently high volumes of hub and resource views:
  100k views/month
• Consistently high volumes of file uploads:
  100 GB/month or 500 GB of total storage
• Consistently high volumes of email notifications:
  50,000/month
• Sharing subscriptions outside your organization:
  Subscriptions are intended for use within a single organization. Sharing access with individuals or businesses outside your registered organization is strictly prohibited. This ensures service integrity and a consistent user experience. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your subscription.

What We Mean by Consistently High Usage

Consistent, high usage means regularly exceeding limits month after month. Occasional spikes are acceptable, but sustained high usage over 3-4 months indicates advanced needs. If this occurs, we’ll reach out to discuss tailored solutions that ensure smooth operations.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Fair Use Policy at our discretion. If any changes are made, we will notify you in advance so you can review the updates. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy terms.

Custom Plans

If your usage surpasses the Fair Use Policy, we’ll offer a custom plan based on your historical usage. Custom plans are billed quarterly in addition to your existing subscription.

Should you choose not to continue with a custom plan, we’ll provide sufficient notice and support to transition your data and workflows to minimize disruption.
